Pokemon Colosseum
Wednesday, January 28, 2004 @ 6:46 AM EST
I've added two new episode guides in Pokemon Advanced, and have added one new Fan Art. Today's most important news is that the English boxart for Pokemon Colosseum has been released. Just to remind some of you, the game will be released on March 22nd in the US. Currently, you may pre-order this game right here on Pokemon Dream. I've added the pre-ordering link under the "Hot Items" section of the right menubar, so please check it out.

Poll Results and New Polls
Saturday, January 24, 2004 @ 3:42 PM EST
I have put up a new poll about legendary Pokemon. In the old poll a total of 271 people voted. The Jewels (Ruby/Sapphire) was the favorite game of 63% of the voters. The Metals (Gold/Silver/Crystal) came in second, and the Colors (Red/Blue/Yellow) came in last. I think that GameFreak shouldn't have taken out the night and day feature from the Jewels that was present in the Metals. Otherwise, the Jewels are the best!

The UK rejoices for EON tickets!
Friday, January 23, 2004 @ 4:58 PM EST
On Febuary 21, fans in the UK will be able to get their paws, claws, and hands on the rare EON ticket. Fans will be able to recieve this ticket at 30 paticipating Gamestation stores.
But what exactly is this EON ticket? For those of you that don't know, the EON ticket will allow the player to ride the S.S. Tidal to Southern Island, where you will find Latios or Latias. The Pokemon will be holding Soul Dew, which raises special attack and special defence.

Nintendo DS & Nintendo Teleconfrence
Friday, January 23, 2004 @ 4:01 PM EST
Nintendo has announced a handheld video game system code-named DS. It features two three-inch screens. How does this work? Well, for example in a soccer game, users can view the whole game on one screen while simultaneously focusing on an individual soccer player's tackle or goal on the other screen. Everything shall be revealed at the E3 in May.

I have been invited to an invitation-only Nintendo Teleconfrence to talk about Pokemon Colosseum on the 29th of January with the makers of the game. Hopefully I'll be able to tune in and get some information to post onto the site.

Also, I would like everyone to know that Pokemon Dream is beginning to get more visitors. Things are looking just like they did before.

PokeDex Finally Complete
Sunday, January 18, 2004 @ 2:20 PM EST
After many, many months of hard work, I have finally finished the PokeDex. That's right, complete information on all 386 Pokemon. Although PD's PokeDex isn't nearly as complete as the PokeDexes on other sites, I feel that our's contain enough information to keep everyone happy. Now that I'm finished with the PokeDex, I'll have even bigger plans for PD.

In addition to completing the PokeDex, I have fixed a number of broken links and error pages, so PD should be even more error-free now.

New Fan Art
Thursday, January 15, 2004 @ 8:28 AM EST
I have added four new Fan Art, three of which are extremely well drawn, and has won its place in the top three positions of the Fan Art list. I have been working on the PokeDex, and have completed Pokemon #325. I haven't put them online yet. However, as you can see, there's a few more to do, and when I get done with those (probably around mid-February), I'll be putting all of them up so that PD can have a complete PokeDex.

New Layout
Saturday, January 10, 2004 @ 9:31 PM EST
I have changed the layout on the main pages a bit. Now it looks cleaner, and a lot better. Now the news is on the left, and everything else is on the right. There's only one word to describe the current layout: organized. Navigation would be made easier now. Hopefully, upgrading the layout will bring some good fortune to PD.

New Polls Up
Saturday, January 10, 2004 @ 3:26 PM EST
The results are in for last time's polls. The poll topic was: Which is your favorite Pokemon movie? It turned out that Pokemon Heroes won by 31%, Pokemon The Movie 2000 came in second, and Pokemon 4ever came in third. Please vote now in the new polls.

I have added a Nintendo Promo Cards page, which is hardly complete. I also added four episode guides in the Pokemon Advanced section of the Episode Guide. On top of that, I've added even more information and screenshots for Pokemon Fire Red/Leaf Green.

I have added some more Fire Red/Leaf Green Screenshots. As time goes on, more and more is revealed about the game on the official Japanese website. Now we know that the official release date of the two games in Japan is the 29th of January, which is not far away.

I have changed the name of PokeDream Times to News Center, as it sounds a lot better and makes a lot more sense. That's all for now.

Pokemon Heroes DVD/VHS Details
Wednesday, January 7, 2004 @ 12:43 PM EST
The DVD/VHS version of the fifth Pokemon movie, Pokemon Heroes, will be released in the United States on January 20th. With the DVD/VHS are two Latias and Latios cards, and a poster showing these two Pokemon. The short movie of Pokemon Heores is called Camp Pikachu. Features include location scouting in venice, animation stages, bios of the characters, and a trivia game.

I would like to inform everyone once more that Pokemon Dream has been losing visitors real bad lately. I still cannot figure out the problem, which probably has something to do with search engines and/or the server. If you think you might know, please e-mail me by clicking on my name below.

Updated TCG Info
Sunday, January 4, 2004 @ 10:18 AM EST
I have added two things today relating to Pokemon TCG. The first is the card list and information on the newest set, EX Dragon, which was released a few months ago. Next, I've added a whole new section to the TCG category. It's information and card scans for the Promotional Cards, or simply the promos. The promo section is still incomplete, but as soon as I have time, I'll be adding a lot more content.

New Features In Fire Red/Leaf Green
Friday, January 2, 2004 @ 5:46 AM EST
I have some new information about the new RPGs: Fire Red and Leaf Green. According to the official Japanese Pokemon website, the new games will contain a Meeting Room where trainers in nearby areas can chat with each other wirelessly. The games also feature a Help section with can be accessed by pressing the "L" button. In addition to that, whenever a player enters a forest or cave, they will see a nice view of what the actual trainer would see.

I have added an Episode Guide (finally!) on the seventh Pokemon Advanced episode, Tree's A Crowd.

Now, all of you who read the news will be able to express your ideas by posting comments. Simply click on the "View/Post Comments" link at the bottom of each news post.

I assure everyone that this year will be filled with Pokemon information, which will make Pokemon Dream everyone's favorite website!
