Pasta La Vista!
Sunday, June 25, 2006 @ 06:15 PM EDT
On either July 8th or July 15th, (after Kids WB's special Spider Riders event) Kids WB will air the last episode of Pokemon: Advanced Battle, titled "Pasta La Vista," probably meaning that Kids WB is saying good-bye to Pokemon. Yes, along with being the last episode of Pokemon's eigth season, this is also the last episode that will air on Kids WB. It might also be the last episode with Pokemon's old voice actors. crying Pokemon's ninth season, Pokemon: Battle Frontier, will continue on Cartoon Network this fall, but I hope it's only temporary. Pokemon should be as its current status: same voices, and same network.

JAKKS Pacific will officially announce the aggreement with the $25 billion industry at a press conference at Pier 81 in New York city. They will release this toys around spring 2007. Also, the next Pokemon movie, Lucario and the Mystery of Mew, is estimated to be released this Septmeber, although Pokemon.com won't say anything about it, but will reveal more information as we draw closer to the release date. Starting this fall, Cartoon Network will definetly be airing season 9 of Pokemon (Pokemon: Battle Frontier), but we still don't know if Pokemon USA will change the voice actors. Furthest Ends of Offense and Defense
Tuesday, June 20, 2006 @ 01:29 PM EDT
Sorry about my last dramatic update. I just had to get all of that anger out of me. Now for the update. The next Pokemon TCG booster pack, I belive, is scheduled to come out on June 29 witch is next Thursday. It's called Furthest Ends of Offense and Defense. If you would like to see card scans and would like more info go to www.pokebeach.com. I was checking out www.pokemon.com and I saw that one of their updates was about the 9th Season airing on Cartoon Network. They didn't mention about the voices being changed. Either their keeping that a secret or either it's not true. I'm not saying that the voices aren't going to be changed but I'm a little confused about their update. And that's aobut all of the news that I have for you so until next time, see ya.

Friday, June 16, 2006 @ 02:00 PM EDT
A rumor has spread around that the actual release date for Pokemon Diamond/Pearl is September 26. In other news, a brand new Pokemon TCG booster pack is scheduled to come out soon. Pokemon TCG EX: Crystal Guardians booster packs are scheduled to come out in the week of August 21. If you would like some scans for this booster pack visit www.pokebeach.com. The english version includes more than 100 cards while the japanese version includes only 75 kinds of cards. In the SAVE THE DUB department, we still have a chance to stop Pokemon,USA from changing the voices. Please send them complaints to feedback@pokemon.com or at feedback@pokemon-usa.com. No one actually knows if Cartoon Network will air Season 9 but let's just hope that the voices are still the same. If not, I will cry to death.crying. (A lot of) New Features for Diamond and Pearl
Tuesday, June 13, 2006 @ 11:23 PM EDT
First off, don't blame me if this spoils the surprises from Diamond and Pearl; you are choosing to read this at your own risk! New information about Diamond and Pearl was released from Coro Coro magazine. First off, returning from Gold, Silver, and Crystal, is the feature of morning, noon, afternoon, evening, and night. The sprites for Pokemon now vary, meaning that male and female Pokemon could have different patterns and bigger or smaller or even missing features (i.e. Male Wooper will have bigger antenna than female Wooper.) The watch on the characters has over 20 features, like PokeNav, time management, monitering which of your pokemon are in the breeding center, type chart, and several more. The Pokedex is dual- screen, like the DS, and now has a height and weight comparison feature, which allows you to compare your weight and height to the Pokemon's. I'm not sure if this is the English name for it, but the region Diamond and Pearl is set in is called Shinou, and is based on the Japanese island, Hokkaido. The Japanese name for the professor is Nanakamado. Here's some information about the Pokemon. Lucario, the star of the next Pokemon movie(Lucario and the Mystery of Mew, probably being released htis summer, although I'm not sure...), has the ability of Inner Focus, Muchlax has the abilities of either Thich Fat or Pickup, Weavile has the abilitiy of Pressure, and Buizeru has the ability of Swift Swim. Manafi has a new ability called Moist Body, which gets rid of any status condition if it's raining. New attacks are Meteoric Swarm, which is basically a Dragon- type version of Overheat, (Strong, but lowers Special Attack), and Heart Swap, which swaps status conditions between all Pokemon on the field. It's not offical yet, but is rumored that Diamond and Pearl will be released on September 26, 2006 in Japan. (That's certainly a mouthful!) That's about everything I know about Diamond and Pearl so far. Remember, by reading this, you agreed not to blame me for any spoilers for Diamond and Pearl. Hopefully, there'll be some more English translations soon...

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team
Monday, June 12, 2006 @ 10:25 AM EDT
It has just been reported that Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team is scheduled to come out in the USA on September 18. I believe that's when it's scheduled to come out. So start saving your money so you can buy this awesome game once it comes out. In other news, I estimate that there is a 55% chance of Pokemon, USA changing the voices of the characters, and that there is a 45% chnace that they won't change the voices of the characters of the Pokemon TV show. If we keep e-mailing them complaints to feedback@pokemon.com or feedback@pokemon-usa.com, our chances of winning over Pokemon, USA will increase. You can also mail them complaint letters to:

Pokémon USA, Inc.
ATTEN: Animation Director
400 Madison Avenue
21st Floor
New York, NY 10017
United States

OR:

Corporate Offices
Pokémon USA
1177 Avenue of the Americas
New York, NY 10036

I believe that we still have a chance to save the Pokemon TV show from being ruined. And that's about all that I have for you now so until next time, see ya.

New Game For The Wii
Thursday, June 8, 2006 @ 09:48 PM EDT
On Wednesday, Satoru Iwata has announced a new title for a Pokemon game on the Wii (the Wii is a new console from Nintendo that is yet to be released.) It is called Pokemon Battle Revolution, and is sort of a sequel to Pokemon Stadium, but is also like an RPG, like Pokemon Colosseum. It will be released in 2007, a few months after Diamond and Pearl. There are many new features, like improved graphics, the Pokemon physically hit each other, and their attacks affecting the area they are in (i.e. Hyper Beam destroying a building.) You can also upload the Pokemon you have in Diamond and Pearl. That's all for now!

P.S. The names of Mime Jr. and Weavile have been announced as official.

Pokemon, USA Has Won
Wednesday, June 7, 2006 @ 12:15 PM EDT
I'm sorry to say that Pokemon, USA will be changing the voices of the characters for Season 9. Why would they do such a thing? The worst part is that the old voice actors can't get back and 4Kids Entertainment can't do anything about it. I'm sorry that all of your efforts to try to stop this madness may have gone to waste. I still think that we can still stop them from changing the voices. So keep e-mailing them compliants to feedback@pokemon.com. I think that you can also e-mail them complaints at feedback@pokemon-usa.com. Lets hope and prey that things will go right. It would be so horrible if they actually changed the voices.cryingSo until next time, see ya.
